I am so glad to have found this dental office near my new home in Logan Square. Everyone there was wonderful from start to finish, including the hygienist and Dr. Moon! They did a wonderful job of explaining the current condition of my mouth and what treatment they recommend. It was clear, and I am glad that they are in charge of my dental care!

Every visit has totally impressed me. Very thorough and thoughtful teeth cleaning/staff, and Dr. Moon is not only super knowledgeable but a great guy (like the rest of the staff I have encountered). This place is state of the art and it makes a dentist appointment almost, somehow, a leisurely experience. I had a deep clean done here and regularly come in for cleanings. Highly recommend!

The Dental Assistants here are honestly the best people here. The actual dentists come in for 3 minutes and will aggressively try to upsell various "experimental" services (i.e., services insurance doesnt cover because they're unnecessary) and specific products they get kickbacks on. Last time I went, I was billed over $50 for 2 minutes of suggestions on how to brush better. I pushed back on the line item and the dentist came back and tried to pressure me into accepting the charge. The high ratings are there because they put time, high tech, and attention into the first visit. After that, the upselling comes in hard every single visit. Even had one visit where I refused the $40 mouthwash they tried to upsell me on, never took the product home, and still got the bill. The front desk was friendly enough when I called out thr discrepancy and fixed it. But based on previous ratings, it's clear the actual dentists and owners push these predatory practices down. Do yourself a favor - go elsewhere and get a normal, less profit-driven dentist. Shout out to the Dental Assistants and front desk here who do great work.

Dr. Keesey and the rest of the staff here are just amazing! They make clear communication and comfort a huge point, and this is the easiest dentist experience I’ve ever had, by far. I also did an icon treatment and filling in one day with Dr. Keesey, and she did a fantastic job and helped me feel confident in my smile again! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Dr. Moon is awesome. He is incredibly kind, smart and skillful, with a very comforting approach through his diligence, transparency and care. I am so glad I made the switch to Dr. Moon! He shows you everything he is doing before and after your procedures, while not rushing anything and always providing the space for you to ask any questions you want. Thanks Dr. Moon!
